Maybe I am not a bird, that would prefer to fly
Maybe I'm a fish that will not swim nor breath the air
Maybe I'm a victim that does not think life is fair
Maybe I'm a star that does not shine nor fly around
Maybe I'm a tree that does not fall to make a sound
Maybe I'm a clock that cannot keep the time to tell
Maybe I'm a hermit crab with nothing but the shell
Maybe I am everything, or nothing but a dream
Maybe I am more than words and not just what I seem

The title is actually "(I am) More Than Words" but DA doesn't like parentheses in their titles. Oh well.
I like poetry that rhymes and is rhythmic. Poetry is fun to read when set up like that.
